Katy Krokower provides service to you grounded with experience and education gained over ten years in the horticulture and arboricultural fields. Her exposure to a wide range of plants and trees comes from the opportunities to work at world class Arboretums in Santa Cruz, CA, Seattle, WA and Melbourne, Australia. Katy honed her gardening skills as a Gardener for the City of Seattle while completing a degree in Horticulture. She is also a Certified Arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture and became certified as a Tree Risk Assessor in 2007.
Her biggest pleasure of being in the field is never knowing what solutions she will be asked to come up with day to day - whether it be appreciating a mature tree to inspecting the tiniest species, she’ll bring enthusiasm and order to your landscape needs.
Katy is a current member of the International Society of Arboriculture PNW Chapter, Plant Amnesty and Seattle Tilth. She is also a recent graduate from the Academy for the American Society of Consulting Arborists.
